When adding expenses

When you are adding expenses you need to make sure that your expense amount is not bigger than your invoice amount. For example if your invoice amount is 1000€ and the expenses you are trying to add to the invoice is 1500€. In this case you can only add about 900€ worth of expenses to the 1000€ invoice. The remaining amount of the expenses can be added later to your new invoice.
